佢係由細個都係咁，去理工check過，視光師話佢有敏感，佢對眼無紅，但又好痕。天氣乾燥，又或鼻塞等都會狂"站"眼

So I have booked this coming Sat for a checking & making the 鞋墊.  Hope it will not be too uncomfortable :<

知前有個mami post 咗D 資料有關扁平足,大至一樣, 好detail.

咁簡單嚟講:我個case 就係細個唔理佢,我好容意拗柴(又唔會拗得你好傷, 小小痛, 所以你會忽略佢),長時間站立好易攰,容易有足跟炎(但你又唔會知,因為你又係覺得小小痛,小行兩日又無嘢,所以又忽略佢)
+ + 埋埋,到大咗先法現內側兩舊骨好鬼突...., 做運動好易攰.
