just called 1823.  They will refer the case to the Post Office to check the lot handed over to carrier on 23 Oct.  Hope there will be good news soon.

Post Office replied and said the delivery should have left HK on 25 Oct 2020.  She will email Royal Mail to check the status, but cannot guarantee any reply from the Royal Mail.

我20/10寄，23號離港，一路冇update 過，尋日去郵局問，佢話check過真係23號上了機，有flight no, 但因為是內部資料，不能話我知flight no, 但今日上網睇吓，見當地11號晚上8點幾已到達UK,但仍未清關

我寄的日子和status 同你一樣，也是23/10離港後沒update。

我上星期都有send email 問，郵局回覆其中有一句係咁:
... HKP would not provide enquiries service for e-Express item considering the positioning and pricing of the product....
都係打1823有用D

I was lucky today.  I called 1823 yesterday and was told they can't help.  The status will be shown online.  A different officer answer my call today.

你就好啦，我10月16日寄，今天仍未到英國

E express真係好奇怪！阿仔收到啦！因為我寫收件人名跟阿仔在大學登記嘅名唔同，如果唔係個名問題，真係7日就已成功派遞！我想再寄， 但怕英國lockdown 咗，飛機運送可能有問題！
