Students in Form 3 may choose to follow the DSE or IBDP for their F4-F6 studies. This year's F4 IB students is the first IB cohort of the school. The choice between IB and DES is made by the student. As far as I know, the school didn't do any screening to the IB this year.

好像在3月尾面試，只1次，大約30分鐘，中、英文老師一起面試。如果非常優秀直接見校長。

面試分24/1及7/2兩天。

聽說又好多國內人入讀，是否真？學生嘅質素好唔好，定差啲？
好多人話佢B1尾，咁小朋友將來啲成績，會唔會差啲？

Mainland students - For senior forms, only a few each form.  Not very sure for junior forms and I guess it is a bit more.  Should be less than 10 in each form in junior forms.

Academic level - the academic level has improved significantly in the past few years, especailly after switching to DSS.  2014 was the first year that the DSS students took the DSE.  With average 5 or above per student of 2.63 and 38% 5 or above per subject in 2014, it deserves a better ranking than B1尾

So, you mean on average, each student got 2.63 subject on 5 or above? (some got more and some got less, for sure)

And per subject 38% of student attended achieve 5 or above, correct? how do you know this number? (i dont mean to challenge you, but, would like to get a sense of data source)

Information is in the Annual Report available in the school website. The numbers are not so obvious in the report. One has to read the report in detail and do some calculations to come to the answers. There are 266 '5 or above' in 2014, with 101 students taking DSE and 687 subject entries, the per student average is 2.63 and per subject average is 38.7%.
