因為仔仔感統同肌張力都較差，所以想佢多做運動．近日經朋友介紹帶仔仔去新世界中心地庫做小朋友gym．每堂一個鐘以年齡分班，上星期同仔仔去試左一堂，佢玩得好開心重話要再去，所以唯有"旁水"．上堂有兩個導師帶六個小朋友．地方好大下，用落地玻璃窗所以行開可以睇下．

my two sons also have the 自閉症. My two sons also receiving the education from Heep Hong School. My elder son has the balancing problem & weak muscle strength. After he was playing the hill climbing in his school and playing with me(father) encourage him climbing up to the head of my body, his muscle strength & balancing power are now improving. He seems to be so interesting on the hill climbing, therefore I plan to give the same training to him in leisure time. Remember to teach him in an interesting way don't be boring. The strong muscle strength helps to improve the general concentration on living. I had receiving the relevant 感統 training for children with 自閉症 by Heep Hong. It is really helpful for our children.

Yes, they have trail lesson, but cost HK$200.  If you decide to join the course then they will waive the trail lesson charge.  However you got to subscirbe for the whole semester, the Winter/Spring semester is from now to July.  After discount it will cost around $160+ for each lesson.  They got different classes, you may check the details from the website or call them for details.

Totally agreed with you !  Before the training, my boy don't want or can't play swing in the playground nor those coin swinging machinery game.  The 感統 training is very helpful.  By the way, have you bring your sons try the long slide in the Hong Kong Park?  The OT of my boy suggest this, as this may help to develop their 感統.

Hi thank for you suggestion for the long slide. Actually, I had brought them to the park and they love it very much. I bring them to different outdoor park and receive training every week-end and Sunday. Their 感統同肌張力都 improving escapially my elder son. I would gave them different training again eg. paino, magic music training etc. and home training. See You !

I find that playing ball game is also an effective way to 'push' my attention deficit child to concentrate.

感統包括味覺，感覺，聽覺，前庭等等，小朋友感統有問題會令他們需要花時間同精神去控制自己，所以會影響小朋友集中精神，繼而可能影響日常行為及學習．例如小朋友可能平衡較差，所以上課時要努力去"坐好"，可能會忽略老師的教學，亦令人覺得坐唔定．另外改善感統亦可改善小朋友的自我刺激行為．

HI, all moms,

Glad to see there is a group of moms woh can share their esperience for their kids with austism.

My son is autistic and is 7 years old.  I'm not as lucky as most of you as he is seriously autistic and a lot of therapies do not work much on him.  I am still striking to find every way to improve him.  He is now studying in a special school in the P1 class.

Happy to know that i'm not alone and i'm willing to share my experience with you.
