Yes, our bus came on time this morning too (3 mins. late).  Yesterday, it was on time in the afternoon for dropping off my girl.
In fact, I called Mr. Ko yesterday and had a discussion with him about our route. He was very helpful and explained to me that the bus could take alternative route during rush hours but I ended up letting him go by the original route. After hearing his explanations, I agreed with him that the present route would be the shortest, most convenient way back to our premises.
I guess congestion together with a few red lights at the road junction are somehow, unavoidable during rush hours. At least, I'm satisfied with his attitude and explanation.

The kids are highly encouraged to participate in all 3 compeitions held in Cantonese, Putonghua and English solo verses speaking. No formal trainings will be given for individual competitions, except for group verse recitals. Children can obtain the applications from their course teachers. The school will submit all applications on our behalf. Parents will need to take their kids to the centres on the day of the compeition and wait until they complete their turns. It's a good experience for them.
Last year, many of our children won different prizes.

小兒將於今星期五面試(06小一),想請問有沒有真道家長知道港島區校車(大坑)大約幾點上車和收費?因為早上有時會見到真道書院校車經過,但不知是小學還是中學.   
另外小兒現讀小二不大喜歡英文,中文好好多,現在都好多時幫他備課,佢都好乖好肯溫,但記性唔好溫完好多唔記得.佢係一個活潑好動,好自律,自己會依時間做事.但有時做事會表現得不大自信.要人幫忙.唔知真道是否適合他?

Hi jackjackma,

For your reference, bus fare for Sai Wan Ho region is $1150.  Pick up time from 7:00 to 7:40am (Shaukeiwan is earlier to pick up and drop off), depending on the pick up location.  Both Primary and School student ride on the same school bus if pick up at the same location.

To choose a school, I think it should fit the kids as well as the parents.  I heard this comment from a parent before: at logos, there is no book, how can I help my kids on revision?

In my case, I review my daughter's worksheet and play with her when revision.  The key is to arouse kids interest to learn, not force them to learn.  It is also the way (in my understanding) Logos using, and also mentioned in the school web.

Me and my son was so enjoy the school life in Kindergarten.  Everday I play games, reading books with him and never prepare dictation and assement but he can got the high grade.  After he studied in the traditional primary school last year, our life was changed.  Everyday work hard on paper,  writing, assesment, dictation, test ...... but he got the low grade.  Now both of us discouraged, that's the reason I apply Logos.  I really hope my son can enjoy his school life again.

有無家長知道有關26號亡命校車及家長罷搭的最新情況及進展，因為我的小朋友讀fs1，既不習慣小學長時間的生活，今日仲喊住話唔想返學，仲要比我地坐架亡命校車，攪到我好頭痕，如果有家長知道有關26校車的最新情況希望你可告訴我，使我知道如果跟進或處理，因為我和老公都要上班，無得搭校車都唔知點算好。此外想問問，有沒有小朋友在適應上有問題呢？可否和我分享家長的處理方法？Thanks！

Have you tried to talk to Mr. Ko, the School Bus Representative?

For the long studying time, it is really long for kids especially FS1V.  What's your kid's "不習慣小學長時間的生活"?  Feel sleep or what?  Please tell more.

If it is about sleepy and tired, try to arrange the bedtime earlier, at least give them 10 hours sleep.
