KS said no one cry in classroom
I saw KL yesterday.. she wear a blue dress...
like the princess   

KS said spk will not re-arrange for them to the park in k2 but only in k3.
So, I will bring her to the park in Dec.

I will have revision with my girl very week-end mainly for her theme-book.
But we have reading every night before sleep.
FYI, girls need to telling a story in the class in K2.
U may train her for reading now... remember...don't give her any pressure but just let her enjoy reading.

Any recommended books? I bought my girl a lot of English story books, those Disney series. I'm thinking if I need to have a balance between Chinese and English. But seems difficult to have quality Chinese story books.

Sorry to bother you all, I will have interview on Jan, but frankly speaking I really don't know much about this school, I talked with some mums today(we submit form on today) that st paul's only have primary and secondary school for girls, do any mums know which primary school will mostly the K3 students can enter ?  my BB is a boy, so I am now a little bit worry.

Please help.

Hello Daphnemom,
Nice to meet you.
For me, I think that english is much more easy than the Chinese.For my daughter,she is now K1,she can read such a lot of english readers,but just can read the simple wording chinese book.
I have brought some series of Chinese book from "Tsing Tin" book store,which has seven level in rainbow colour of each level,red,orange,yellow.....etc
the level 1 is red then........etc
those are good for the children,step by step reading Chinese,the topics are interesting for them also!!
My daughter now read to level 3 lar,for the children they can easily catch up when they feel interesting and funny things even reading!!
You can go there and take a look!!
Sometimes,SPK will have some promotion from that book store.

Really appreciate all your advices. I must go and take a look for Tsing Tin. In particular, I totally agree with jazzmama that moral training is important. It is another problem to me. I feel extremely difficult to teach my girl the rights and wrongs. Sometimes being frustrated in yelling at her not to do this and that. E.g. I need to call her name several times to get her answering me and she likes doing things that are forbidden to do such as playing daddy's PC, climbing at windows, getting off from the chair in restuarant, etc. I tried to explain to her that it is impolite, dangerous, etc. but she can't get it. It makes me losing my mind!
