1 Sept - 1st school day.. both Heib & I feel excited too!

Let me answer some of your questions.

K1 accepts 2 years 8mths old - 4 years old children.

It seems that SPK does not accept new comers in K2 and K3.

SPK accepts suitable children who do not need to be outstanding. Pls refer to www.spk.edu.hk

As I know, SPC PS accepts all SPK K3 student this year. Some students choose to promote to other school, e.g. Marymount, Maryknoll, DGS, St. Paul Co-edu. However, some students still choose SPC PS even they get offer from the above mentioned school.

SPK does not have mandarin class, computer class and NET teachers. I think SPK's currilculum is relative simple. Some parent may think that these are important factors.

I never heard that my daughters nor her classmates were unhappy in their 3 years school life.

Dear SPK parents,

My girl is going to SPK this Sept, and I would like to have your advice on the below queries:

Is it a must to buy bikini swimsuit as school requested?  Since my girl already has a one-piece swimsuit and I saw some students in the school annual brochure also wore one-piece and some with t-shirt.  

Any recommendation for good school bus from Quarry Bay to SPK?  It would be nice to have nanny on board and a driver who drive safely.  It will be useful if you can give the contact name, tel. no, price and travel time.

What will the children do in school? A lots of physical activities or other group activities?  Will they feel tired after school? (especially mine is in PM class and she used to nap in the afternoon)

Really appreciate your advice and it will help me a lot!

就快返學啦,小朋友要戒午睡了,不然就大件事﹕我囡囡雙腳大了一個碼,要買對新鞋 !而運動套裝又太小,要過新的! 你們的小朋友有沒有這問題啊 ?

我囡囡對於就快可返學好開心,因為可見到同學仔。

你們會否陪小朋友返第一及第二日學啊 ?

I think they didn't mention spelling during the seminar but only phonics, writing and story telling.

我都係啦.. 我女對鞋都唔啱啦... 而且佢成個summer 都有午睡, 我都已經叫佢le 個week 開始唔好再午睡啦.. 不過佢都唔理我... 不過我都由佢啦.. 到返學.. 有得玩佢就ok 架啦...

No spelling is required in K2. However, when the kid is learning the phonics, they can easily spell out the word.

I also forget, something like from 1:00pm to 3:30pm??? I'll double check the memo tonight.

Since, I've paid the original school bus for 1 month. I'll see the time of Ms. Lai's van first and then decide.

BTW, I recall u or J's mommie have a mandarin teacher, do u know the details? My colleague live in your area is interested. thanks.

Dear Shala,
Don't put much time on st paul kindergarten if you child is a boy"Also October). If you apply on this school, just like to buy a mark six. she just will spend very little litlle little seat for boy.
If she really offer a seat for your boy, don't worry"驚令小朋友會自卑".
I don't think this is 有錢人讀.
