If you use 相機拍短片, can you e-mail it to me afterwards.  It's really good that they are in the same group so that we can share - poor me can't take leave.

I haven't bought any as we already have 冷帽仔 and
手套.  For the scarf, we will use a "Winnie the Pooh" 領巾 though colour not match.  Just a few minutes small performance!

How is his performance in the Christimas Show?  He seems not shy.

Asked Winike last night who will be in the same group with her, she can tell your son's Chinese full name.

上次 christmas performance 佢都 ok，因為佢好鍾意勁歌熱舞的，所以都跳得好投入，但講到講野，佢就幾 shy 的，希望一陣肯講啦。

Is your kid also studying in Victoria K1, any improvement after joining school for half year?  I see most of the students are highly participated.  Is he/she of small age?

Yes, he's also studying in Victoria K1.   He's not of "small age" (born in May) but is quite shy, especially when I stay with him.  For example, when I brought him to the school on Language Day, it took a long time for him to speak up and play while his class teacher told me he was very happy and talked a lot every morning he reached the school.  He also did not move much during the X'mas performance.  Anything I can do to make him more participatory?  Or I should simply wait, until he feels comfortable or grows "bigger"??

long time no see wow!  I actually have not been to the Language Day.  Only know that Cheuk Yiu was in the same group as NM's son.  Let NM update us.

which class is he studying?  
apart from school life, any other activities/interest class for him?  some appropriate interest classes may help the kids build up confidence and become more proactive/participate.  BTW, K1 kids are still quite young, many of them are still shy!

Thanks for caring!  My son's studying in A2.  I thought the same that interest classes may help.  He did attend some singing classes before and I plan to enrol him for a new singing class in March.  Other than that, there is not much choice in the place I live.  

I hope he'll improve, like his big brother who always refuses to "perform" in front of other people but jumps, talks and sings a lot at home.

Hi all,

My son's attending in HMT playgroup right now and I observed that the Chinese teacher is very nice and love and enjoy the time with the kids but the NET teacher was not that enthusiatic in class (although she would still talk and play with the kids). Is that a common behavior for NETs?

I'm thinking if I could let my son study pre-nursery in HMT if they accept him but has some concern on the NETs.

Your son is in K1 A2 am class? If so, our kids are in the same class - miumiumiu & me & you
It's very normal that boys do not like singing, I think!
