Which primary school will you choose finally ?

those were the hardest days for us as parents lately.....it's really the end of the kider life for my beloved one.  i miss the school life (not my gal yet :)). i miss the teachers, those who really cares about my gal, i could feel that's from their hearts.  i hope that i have chosen a right primary school just like the way i had chosen such a wonderful kider for my gal.  it's a remarkable mermory for me now, and for sure it's the same for my gal when she grows up  

you know what, not only the teachers / the supervisors; the vice principal is also great.....and even the school bus 'ee' in york  :   at least i feel so

Yes, you are right, my kid and I really missed the school, the classmates, teachers, supervisors..... etc..there're so much unforgettable memories at there esp. I saw the school life photos album....      It really made me warm....

BTW, the primary school of your gals is good.... add oil ah....

Your should consider the following :
1. which type of primary school is suitable for your kid.
2. Will you join govt allocation, direct or private primary school (p.s if you join direct sub. primary school, you should give up government allocation.)
3. The location of the school is also very important as you know it's not good to let the kid spending too much time in transportation.

Dear A-Ma,
In my understanding, St Mary is govt school. It is according to govt. allocation .. that means "lucky draw". They won't refer to student's performnance nor position in class.
For your info.there will have a parent talk for U3 parent in York. They will post 今年york派位結果 in the notice board.

you should have 15marks.....your is the eldest one in your family.  did you study in st. mary's primary section?
you still should try to apply st. mary from the 1st round to 2nd round allocation.  you might be lucky enough to get a seat from the 1st round though!

before that you can apply for those private schools and DSS interviews.  but, if your target is st. mary, then please do not apply for DSS, otherwise, if any of them offer your gal a seat, then you'll have to give up the government allocation.
private schools - what's your preference?!
