Dear all,

   My son is 1A too.  Can everyone tell me whether we need to bring the workbooks each time?  I read from the notice on 4/9 that workbooks are put in the school.  But why the class teacher did not pick up yesterday?  (actually, only picked up the english's workbooks)  The school bag is very heavy, when will they start the "real" time-table?  Thanks.

My boy is in 1C, he said that they will start "proper lessons" today!

BTW,  I heard that some of you joined "Hoi Tin" swimming courses, right?  Is it
good?  My boy is now learning swimming in SCAA.  He knew only breast stroke after 20 lessons during summer.  I wonder if I have made a right choice.

That's why I like the traditional school - little boys have to learn discipline and so teachers need to be strict.

Just by way of supplement, I won't lodge any complaint even if my boy is disciplined by his teacher in whatever manner or form because the easiest way to make the living by those lazy and irresponsible teachers is doing nothing no matter how naughty are the students!

Btw, my boy joined Hoi Tin this summer and he now can swim 25m breaststroke , he will carry on and hope can swim free-style soon.

Hi parents,

Did you notice that different classes have different homework to do everyday?  I read all classes' handbook on the webpage and found this.  

My boy said a boy sitting behind him cried a lot from the first day and yesterday had serious stomach suddenly and needed to go to first-aid room to rest in bed.  

I let my son take 1/2 full water bottle on the first day and he complained that it's not enough and yesterday brought full bottle and he drunk all.  I guess he talked too much during recess period

And the most funny thing is until yesterday he didn't know the name of his neighbour   Perhaps they are not allowed to talk inside classroom.

my boy said that they carry this bag so no need to take the school bag! I guess it's for them to hold their music book and walk to music room. So I bought some bags which same as the "Homework Bag" for visual art and music lesson.

Is there any parent know about this?

Actually, I really buy the storage bag (保鮮袋）　for VA and had label  the name of "VA bag" and the content of the bag. So, I will train he collect all the content of VA bag and do not confuse with the 功課袋　by maid.

Hi everyone,

Yesterday, my son said he has no time to eat the tea.  During the recess, he went to toilet and then he found a good place to sit down for tea.  But he said when he took out the food, the bell rings and he put the food back to the bag.  He said he only drink a few water.  I hope he can manage the time better today.

Maybe I can tell you what the teacher meant. My son is in P2 so he knows teacher's requirement better. You may notice the Music lesson is always before or after recess. All the kids have to go to Music room for lesson. They would require to bring their text book along with their snack bags. The teacher requests the kids to put their Music text books into their snack bags (only carry 1 bag), because they don't want the kid to carry their belongings separately and walk up/down the stairs. The teacher is afraid that the kids may fall if both of their hands are busy (no hands to hold the handrail.)
