My daughter is likely to study in SPK in 2006 K1 pm.  I live in TKO too.  
After searching, I contacted Mrs Lai.  She introduced herself that all SPK students in TKO were taking her buses, deposit should be paid in May,  30 minutes travelling time. She did not mention that my daughter needed to transfer to another bus in Lam Tin.  

Is it really most of SPK students are taking Mrs Lai's buses?  Are you taking her bus.

另外.. 想問大家, 知唔知st. paul 小學, 係咪中文科都係用國語教架.. 定係2科來既.. 一堂中文 (廣東話授課), 另一堂國語呢..

因為有d 擔心個女既中文... !!

For St Paul Primary, Chinese lesson is in Cantonese and has another PTH lesson. They are two different subjects.

我覺得個女依架.. 中文又唔好, 英文又唔好咁....佢講野好叻架.. 不過.. 我都唔知咩叫做好... 因為我有睇過其他幼稚園, 人地D K1係識多好多字, 不過我又唔想比較, 所以.. 就有D 擔心.. 我都唔想迫佢.. 或者ST. PAUL 有佢地既教學方法, 不過我因為無教佢國語既.. 怕佢將來P1 辛苦姐..

我係咪有D SHORT SHORT 地.. HEEE.. 依架先K1, 就講定P1.. HEEEE...

SPK's teaching is gradually and steps and steps. I admit that in K1 they did not do any writing, however, the kids could recognise so many Chinese & English words from the subject books. Starting from K2 this year, their writing will be more and more. My girl learnt the writing under no pressure and she is so eager to do the homework (1 or 2 page of writing) every day.  I learnt from parents of those K3 and P1, 2, the writing and homework will be increased gradually.

Also, SPK emphasize much on story reading and telling.  In K2 1st term, they have to do the reading with the parents and bring the story book to story-telling in class. Right now, the 2nd term of K2, they read one story every day and have the story-telling time in clase twice a month.

Don't worry. Enjoy these 3 'honeymoon' years.

I am new comer of this topic.  Reading more about SPK, I like more SPK.  I feel warm in this parent's club.

Thank you for your info.

May I know the pick up and drop off time of PM session.  Mrs Lai said the point of Sheung Tak is 12:00 pick up, 5:15 drop off.  If it is true, the transportation time is only 1/2 hr, not long.
My elder daughter's school is in Kowloon Tong, it takes almost 1 hr.
