男拔小學收生削世襲

明年新學年的小一自行收生程序本月底展開，不少家長依然心儀傳統名校，但「非世襲生」要爭入名校可謂困難重重，傳統直資名校拔萃男書院附屬小學今年改革小一收生計分制，所有報名學生全憑實力爭取第二輪面試機會，父兄為舊生、教職員的「世襲生」，只會待兩輪面試後才獲額外加分；校方同時限制學生遞交的個人檔案需在十五版以內。有家長直言新計分制減少裙帶關係，較公平公正，增加「非世襲生」獲取錄的機會。


兩輪面試一視同仁拔萃男書院附屬小學昨舉行兩場入學講座，逾二千二百名家長逼爆禮堂，校方指去年約有二千人報讀小一，學校會在首輪面試後「叮走」一千五百人，再由約三百人爭奪一百五十個學額。校方今年改變收生的計分方法，「世襲生」與「非世襲生」皆要經過兩輪面試，前者只會在完成所有面試程序後才獲加十分，學生的學術及課外活動紀錄亦由十分減至五分。
拔萃男書院校長張灼祥解釋，去年在首輪面試後，發現有逾三十名「非世襲生」表現出眾卻未能入圍第二輪面試，決定酌情邀請學生面試，最後取錄十多人，故決定改變計分制。他直言：「唔想有學生因個制度蝕底咗，唔應該有滄海遺珠。」不過，他認為不會打破世襲制度，「舊生啲仔都可以好叻」，又指多年來世襲生只佔整體學生三成。

這個安排可能係舊制計分法的安排, 我諗新的計分法唔會有這樣的情況吧!

From 15/11 - 29/11, total got 11 weekdays + 2 Saturdays, do u know how many interviewees in total?

學校話second round 300個,信佢啦^^

Can't agree more. DBS is fair comparing to other prestigious schools.

I remembered they announced the second interview should be on 15-30 nov in the briefing session.
Can we start discussing the interview question now??
Anyone can clarify?

仲有課外活動,由10分減到5分如果舊制,我地有哥哥10分+課外10分,機會大好多的

Didima, did u say that u've just finished interview yesterday or the second day of the interview period? I got confused.
Because I thought they arranged the interview sequence according to the application no. But some rumor says the related parties or the one with higher marks will be interviewed first.

我想你們面試的心情一定較輕鬆，我地第二日見，我們都好緊張，校長仲要嚴厲執行一分鐘，亂晒陣腳，都唔知講到邊度！

2nd interview看來不是按application number排列的.....因為我同一D有份進入2nd interview的朋友一齊分析過, 我地的number都不是順序的, 有D號碼遲D, 但早見的

我都有聽過呢個"傳聞", 早in的1st interview表現好D, 高分D的, 但不能確定, 只是"傳聞"

另外, 我識得有D哥哥在校讀緊的, 都好遲先2nd interview的
