聽校長講PM CLASS今年有4班，
不過大家交流下學校情況都好。

Actually I did apply to switch from PM class to AM class but seems no chance la.
By the way, where do you live and will your twins take the school bus?

Hi,  My son will attend K1G p.m. class this September.  He is going to take school bus.  do you know whether we can coach him to take school bus for the few times?   They will be scared if we just bring them up and leave them.  Thanks

Nice to meet you both, my daughter will attend K1F p.m. class.
As I know, parents are not allowed to travel with the kids at all, I’m also worry about it but I think we should trust the “po mo”. I’m now starting to teach my daughter, telling her that I will leave her after she get on to the school bus, etc..
JulianMon, may I know where do you live and what time will the school bus pick up your son?

I'm thinking about should we buy the spare uniform (P.E. and dress) for our kids, what do you think?

I have the same thought because they will wear it three days a week but I shall wait for a while, I guess they may change to winter uniform soon.  May be we can check from the old chat room.

Hi ChuLam and all Moms, I live in Ma Tau Wai Road near Farm Road and Mr. Fong will be the school bus driver (4a route).  I talked to him yesterday to see if he can allow one parent to coach my son one or two days in the school bus but he said he cannot make it.  I am sure my son will cry crazily when he is in school bus although I know soon or later he will get used to the arrangement.  Therefore, I decide let my maid to take him to get on the school bus.  Because I would also cry when I see that just like last year when I brought him to the nursery class.  Concerning the school uniform, I bought two sets (two PE and two normal) because my maid only iron clothes twice a week and I want my son to have a habit of neat and tidy.  BTW, my husband also in the orientation last week and he feels the teachers are quite strict and all staff including the cleaning ladies are not very nice (not pleasant).  Do you have such impression?  In addition, the school has outline the school teaching schedule and they will only start teaching ABC on the second term which I think is a little bit too easy as I believe most of the children they know the alphbet before starting school.  I heard that the standard of this kindergarten is high.  Do you know about this?  Sorry that I have too many questions.  Many thanks

Me and my hubby felt that the school is a bit strict but the teachers who we met were nice, I think it’s really depends. Regarding to the teaching schedule, I think it’s quite acceptable, although our child can read & recongize the alphabet before they go to school but not all of them know how to “TRACE” the alphabet.

By the way, when will the driver pick up your son? My daughter gets on the school bus around 11:15a.m.

Hi Chu.Lam, Where you live?  the driver said he will pick up my son at 11:30 a.m. as they need to arrive school before 12:00 noon according to the school policy.  BTW, I also send letter to request transfer to a.m. class but has not yet received any response.  I guess the list is really long.  Did you have any time table for your daughter what time she wakes up in the morning, any nap time and go to bed at night?  Thanks

Welcome to our chat room. 跟據學校派嘅Schedule, Mon, Wed & Friday is P.E. Days.  9月1日係Wed, 所以我會比佢著P.E. Uniform.
係呢, 你仔仔/囡囡讀邊班呀?

Me too, I have also requested a change from PM to AM class but I guess no chance la  as they open 1 more class in PM and I ‘m not eager to change now. Actually, I wonder why they don’t open one more AM class when there are a lot of demands. I’m working day time, so my daughter is living with my mother and the school bus will pick her up in tsz wan shan.
Frankly, according to my daughter’s living pattern, PM class is more suitable to her as she used to wake up btw 8:00-9:00 am, have her nap time around 16:00 to 19:00 and go to bed at around 23:00. By the way, are you a full time mom? And how will you prepaid your son’s lunch?

Hi Chu.Lam, I am a full time working Mom but I have a maid who is very good at cooking  and reliable as she has been working for me since my son's born.  The reason why I want my son to attend the a.m. session is because I want to be able to see him in the morning or even bring him school and he can take nap in the afternoon and I can teach him during evening as well.  If he attends the p.m. session I don't think I can chat with him in the morning and I think I will let him sleep after school but the problem is I also don't want him to go to bed too late like 11:00 p.m. or 12:00 midnight.  What is your time table for your daughter?  ARe you going to accompany your child on the first 10 days?  Best regards,
