我估係話就算請你黎interview, 都吾保證你小朋友一定可以參與面試，例如你狂喊，甘就吾會比佢入interview room! 冇得參與面試！我估下咋！

我想問基督教甘细個有領洗紙咩？

基督教部份教派都有領洗紙比小朋友, 其一係聖公會, ( 可能基督堂都有, 我不了解), 此等基督教會係行緊類緊天主教的儀式.

Actually i don't understand the last phrase also, but i think your guess is correct, even though you are invited for an interview, due to some reasons (e.g. the kid cannot go into the interview room alone), the kid cannot perform the interview.
