Sharing for N1 applicants for 2011/12

Hi,

It's almost time for preparing NI application for 2011/12. Can we share information for form submission deadline, which KG are favoured, how many KG will you apply and any interview tactlcs?

I have applied for Ningnan.
Victoria still to be announced.
Kiangsu don't accept small baby.
St paul Nursery also don't accept small baby.
York already accept form submission.

I know some parents prepare portfoliio for N1. But most of it were photos only. Is it having any niche?

我不會幫我仔做profolio, 因為得個15個月真係無資料可做, 反而入小學個時我先會做

N1 我唔會做啦profolio, 佢得果13個月人仔我都唔知點整好. 不過出年考K1時我就可能會做, 因為到時亞仔已經大個d, 會去過多d地方, 影多d相 (c6勁like 同亞仔影相), 到時又上左咁耐playgroup, 可能又會係屋企同佢玩drawing (亂畫一通)….咁都會有多d野整profolio.

I have 2 babies - twins and they are 15 months year old. I am starting to look for PN class. But first of all, you must think about their safety rather than the school network. When this time next year, your babies just 2 years old and cannot say too much wordings. Taking school bus is quite concern for me. So I will prefer the KG which close to me.

Of course, PN is training your babies' discipline - line up with schoolmates, listen to teacher's instruction, keep quite when teaching and learning, sharing with others, learning communication. Does the KG can provide you this environment to your children??

I will start to prepare the portfolio when they both apply K1. Is now too early to think about this!!
