also, i ve a feeling that this college is not just looking for good eng students, they rather look for potential too. why? during my interview with the teacher, she said your kid eng oral was not good. and then asked me (not just chatting with me) a lot of questions that i sensed she was checking if my kid had any other potential too.
hence, prepare some talking points about your kid s potential, as well.

according to my experience last year, the interview with parents are very important too. i missed the 1st batch of application deadline, but joined the 2nd batch. the teacher spent almost 20 mins to ask me question alone.
