Small group teaching, language environment and reading scheme are the selling points of HKPS / Harts (Harts shares the same syllabus as HKPS). But shouldn't your sticking point be whether you want to let your kid be super big B? Although you can still choose to repeat K1 at HKPS/Harts one year later, which I'd prefer coz the kids can learn more in K1 than PN.
