Cheltenham College & Talbot Heath School

我囡今年9月打算到英國讀year10。她依家就讀英中精英班，班中成績中上。
現已有兩間學校offer:
Cheltenham College(co-ed)，但要開學前完成intensive summer course，要2萬幾4萬，限我星期五前交萬幾元deposit，所以有點猶豫。
Talbot Heath已offer左個學位比我囡，只要九月過去讀就得。

另外考了West Buckland, Kent College, Pembury同Ratcliffe College，現等回覆。

請問各位意見如何。

Before mid term / term break, students will provide the flight information to their matrons. School will then allocate students to the relevant coaches, big or small coach depends on number of students and arrival time. children may prefer to return as a group as they can chat play etc during the 2+hours drive. There should be other students travelling together with your son in the same flight and they will usually find a cafe like costa to kill time while waiting for the school coach. You can ask the house master for more details

technically yes because your son should have the entrance code of the house, but you should confirm with the house master to make sure there is someone there, why doesn't he join the group to return with other students in the same coach

今年我個仔會到Cheltenham College 讀Year 10, 請問Term break 之後, 因為早機到, 唔知可不可以早些到學校呢？

如果你女英中, 成績中上. 以佢成績, 可以有更好選擇. 你可以搵多一兩間 agent 或自行向學校申請. 如果要係以上揀, Talbot Heath 尚可以, 但寄宿生少.

not the top academic results school but school with support, generally good parental support, good boarding life and lot of activities, upper form students supportive to junior students, limit of time in using mobile phones and computers

我阿囡都打算下年去英國讀year7，呢間都係考慮之一，可以講多少少情況同係咪好嚴？小朋友讀得開心嗎？

若然英文水平真的不達標，不是開學後才被安排入讀特別班的嗎？另㚈，要幾萬元，好像有點貴，有需要嗎？
