I can give you certain info of sppcs, you can judge it for yourself:

around 113 students currently in P6
usually at least 80-85% got first three choices
estimated around 5-10 admitted to private/dss schools.
donno how many band 3, but roughly 2-3 students in each class got very low marks / fail one or two subjects.
