Not sure about the ratio, but all the parents are very similar in someway.  
Everyone have some kinds of after school activities but mostly fun stuff.

Believe me, God always have the best schedule for us.  God Bless!

Thanks for sharing. Do you know the ratio of non Christian family in ICS? And it seems that there are very few after school activities in the kindergarten and primary sections of ICS. So do the parents usually arrange after school activities for the kids?

For non Christian family,
Children in ICS pray to God everyday in school.  They sing Christian songs everyday.  The reason the children are well behaving is because they all believe in Jesus and knowing they have to make good choices. For some, it's a bit too much when their child come home asking where is his/her bible and ask you to pray with them.  For us, it's great to have lovely families and communities that we can all support each other through life.
God always has the best plan for us all.

Are all of you Christian? Do you know the percentage of Christian students? We r non Christian family, but I really like the well discipline behavior of the students.

Anyone can join summer camp but first come first serve.  Kingarten and lower elementary years are very popular, the places could be filled within the first few weeks.  So you better keep checking on ICS webpage, once it was uploaded, you better to enroll right away.

If you can, suggest to join the 1st section in early July as it used to have more ICS students to join and the second section mid to late July one have more other schools kids as the other than IS students start summer vacation.

My niece joined one section and her friend, a boy joined two sections of kindergaten courses.  They enjoyed the summer school.  I was told that after four weeks, the boy improved his spoken English.

Does anyone has experience with ICS summer camp? My kid is from local kinder, would it be difficult to mingle in? Thanks

What I heard and experience is this: for pregrade 1 the interview starts on 11/2014 and class interview for existing R2 students was 12/2014; for R1 the interview for both new and siblings candidates starts 12/2014 till 2/2015. The results of pre-grade 1 should be all released and same for R1, except the last February batch.

But this year's competition is so keen that my friend's child waitlisting R1 this year even though having sibling priority. And January batch got results released... We are still waiting

I hear that ICS does accept family from non Christian religion. I personally have no religious background. Just wonder whether my kid will turn Christian after attending ICS.
