健康的生活態度其實不一定是要相信將來會變得更好，只不過是不對現況發牢騷或埋怨便是了。

另可做交流生，朋友間大學有交流生計劃，佢選德國留半年。

I agree it is a waste of time if you take two undergrad degrees. He should take a Master degree unless he wants to take medicine. In case of law, he could take JD program in Hong Kong or in the USA.
However, if one is passionate about Oxbridge for law, he should apply for the LLB program as an affiliated students.

For Economics, UCL and Warwick are the 4th and fifth ranking in UK. They are pretty close.
For UCL, they have a special 4 years Economics program, 3 years in UK and I year in USA for research/intern.......
