好Lucky got both offers, 但真係揀唔落手, 將來希望小朋友讀傳統名校, 大家有咩recommendations ?可唔可以share吓你地點choose?

SC PN 班個location 同校園很差，令人覺得佢2011才開PN 班，而又一定要在紅磡是為了賺錢only！

vic 無論係課程編排、校園環境、教師培訓、家長講座、家校溝通、學生課外活動、資料透明度、參觀學校、面試安排、教學調研、教師整體愛心, 甚至IT系統都投放好多心機同資源。SC有冇咁全面我就唔肯定, 因為SC俾到家長嘅資料實在有限。相信vic嘅堅持未必迎合到部分家長。至於所謂「谷」, vic 要做一定有能力, 問題係對小朋友係咪真係咁好? 如不同意, 請指教。謝!

Any parents from the HMT and HG campus know if the after school activities mentioned are also available in Kowloon? Checked Arts Plus website before, all courses they provided for Vic students are solely for SH, Kornhill and CWB campuses...

My speculation on this after skimping through IB school application process is that there are specific requirements as to both hardware and software that the school needa to be equipped with; thus new schools set up initially with the goal of getting IB accreditation could be designed, and staffed according to IB requirements right from.the beginning.

This can be contrasted with older campuses which have been in service for longer periods and require longer time to change or remove and replace with IB compliant hardware and people.

I believe thats the reason why the newest (Harbour Green) campuses get accredited earlier than older ones such as South Horizon and Harbour Heights.

其實我真係唔係好明，好似HMT campus新過上下康o甘多，但HMT好快已是IB school???

For some campus, they have gone through some application procedure and now in the status of 'IB PYP candidate school'. So you are right that some campus are not 100% authorized as an IB schools yet, but they are following the Ib teaching methods.

I do think it should be much less cos I have a very close friend's daughter currently studying in SC kln tong, she told me they don't have most activities I mentioned.

What's worse is her 2nd kid didn't even get sc pn 2nd in. Sibling has no priority at all!

Please also don't get a feeling that if your kid is studying in an IB school, it will be very difficult for them to transit to traditional school. I believe language skills and personal ability will go with them for the rest of their life and they can use the skills they acquired no matter in intl or traditional school in future.
