when there are seats released, waiting list will be called according to that number.  So, the next time any waiting list will be called, will be after someone give up.

Without disclosing the factual information, counting the number of ticks is not a reliable measure since you would notice there is a slight time gap from last Wed and today.  The reason why there is a time gap is because some parents may request in advance to register late for certain valid reasons (e.g. out-of-town, etc.).  More to that, historically this kindergarten will call those who didn't show up for registration to make sure they didn't miss it by mistake.  So, there are still parents coming in to register after last Wed.  So, the count by last Wednesday was not an accurate number of registration.

Whatever the number is, SHCK like to call as long as someone withdraw.  Their practice is to call shortly afterward so good luck to those who are waiting for good news!
