1. St. Cat.
2. HKPS
3. York

I only apply this 3 kindergarten. Got York PN(PM)offter, did HKPS interview last Sat. and going to apply St. Cat. next Thur. Anybody knows how many kids apply each of them?

自從知st  cat今年收生咁樣玩D家長(排通宵).我覺HkPs 好似受歡迎得嚟，又謙虛一点.我都係認同HKPS > sc>york .

我覺得仔就 SC = HKPS > york
女就 SC > HKPS > york

我大仔讀SC , 我覺得名氣是可以幫小小小學面試, 細仔遲些我都會考SCPN, 也會報埋 HKPS, 因為小學校親切些, 同SC 大學校又應會有不同的好處.  York就不會報, 但會報 KM.

無他是為了慳Admin cost！ 遊戲係咁玩，做家長只有接受或唔參與！
其實幼稚園好唔好真係好難講，因為老師這個因素可以在短時間內有好大變化…
暫時我只接觸了York和HKPS的老師與職員，相差不大。st cat就未接觸過。課程就好似york同st cat〝谷〞D。接唔接受這一套就自行決定了
我自己三間都會apply，暫時只有york知結果，其他兩間出結果再算。到有offer時我就會嘗試接觸下學校 eg 去參觀下或看看有沒有活動參與下…自己和小朋友親身感受下才決定。始終名氣不等於一切！怎樣排名暫時我覺得無用！

York's accept 160 kids PN only :80kids (AM) + 80kids (PM).
Why you will said York's are easy to apply.  If you read the York's forum,  you can understand so many are without offer or waiting list.

Why you don't like York's so much??

But not separte same as other KG.

但係，佢地出offer比率亦的確相當高
我唔相信呢個大氣候底下，仲有熱門學校一個位出一個offer，佢地應該計算埋offer 嘅accepting rate，越係人人地報好多學校，accepting rate就越低，咁學校應該出offer比率就越高
而有趣地，york係出offer最早嘅學校之一，所以，好多家長都會俾留位費，而最後都唔會去讀，亦即是話，佢地嘅offer accepting rate係相對地低嘅

Totally agree with u! York actually only accepts 160 PN students( AM 80 ; PM 80 )! Applicants are over 3000 as told by the admin! I dunno why the outsiders always says York accepts all once you apply! I have friends have no offer both for PN & K1 after interview!

why you change to SC?  Any comment about HKPS?

York arranges the interview starting from August (if I remember correctly) & she keeps launching the interview though the seats are occupied entirely in case there are people giving up the seat once got another better offers later.Their arrangement can be more orangized by seperating those interviews at different days so there won't be squeezed all the applicants to be examined at one/two days.

HKPS / ST.CAT. just spends one or two days (I believe so) so all the applicants are lined up / be set the time slot to conduct the interview.
(I'm not critizing their arrangment cos it's their policy)

It's not fair to say York accepts all the applicants for Her PN. The mangement office says there are only 180seats ? Is it possible to have 180 applicants only for this year term so she accepted all.

This is an Educational Forum, we need to be logical / responsible for what we said & share the positive advice.

My boy is in St Cat PN now and we went for HKPS K1 interview last Saturday....so much people and was a long wait cos they combine the PN and K1 interview together.

To me both St Cat and HKPS are already very good. I missed the PN application for HKPS last year because I was also preparing for P1 interviews for my daughter so when St Cat annouced that they will have PN class I was over the moon and was very lucky to get offer for my son. He is very happy now at St Cat but I still want to keep his chance for HKPS open.
