其實話到尾都是名校同好學校的分別。匯基九龍東一定是好學校。點揀在乎你想個仔入名校或者係好學校吧了。

放棄了SPC的確可惜,但福建is also a very good school, both in academic and sports。

據知匯基收生要求大多是 B1 生 , 所以學生既讀書能力也較高 . 相對考公開試成績應也較有保証 .
當然是否成正比就見仁見志 .
所以學校就有增值數據 .
例如 :  高增值 ( 觀塘福建中學 )
          正增值 ( 觀塘匯基 / 培基 ..........等.)
          負增值 ( 體藝中學 )

惟考慮到交通時間,小兒的個性,沒有宗教信仰等等,經一家三口商議後, 决定放棄了St Paul's Boys的Offer,另接受了福建的英文班學位。

兩間比,就算點避重就輕,一定係St Paul boy

Don't think there will be a major difference in overall performance with the new exam.  Previous HKCEE & HKAL shall provide good reference.

Rather than just commenting a school is academically good or bad, these results shall give good and fair indication.

i do really agree with you, it's unfair to compare which is good or bad. i do not agree St Paul is much better than UCCK, pls take a look at their results of HKCEE of 2010. also their principals, the one from UCCK'd show more consideration for their students, the other one from St Paul'd just care for how to keep a fine reputation of school.

從另一方面看,St Paul boy這幾年的成績口碑平平,相反匯基2010的HKCEE成績好像不錯(6科14分佔51%)!
兩間應是煥然不同的 ...
