派返測驗卷,有問題想問,高年班家長請指教

小女p1, 我見佢份英文測驗卷幾低分, 因為佢其實都温得幾熟,但我見有好多幾tricky既問題, 即使佢温好晒啲好正路既答案, 都會答錯(有時甚至連我都要諗下, 先敢同佢講點解呢題會錯), 我想知教得淺, 考得深是否間間都一定係咁, 如果係咁, 我係咪要出去揾好多坊間練習/補習比佢?

講開又講,那次英文Quiz 題目問: What are you drawing now? What is this? (傍邊有個菱形,褢面有一個圈形的哈哈笑公仔) 阿女答: I am drawing a circle. 結果是錯,老師的標準答案是"It is a sign."
這樣的答案,我都答唔出 la,而且標準答案好似未回應第一條問題呢!無奈!

After 6 years in APS, I realized all the hard work that our kids had done are necessary. At this moment u might think it's too tricky for kids, but now my son is F.1 now, then I realized because of all those tricky exam papers and now he is doing very well, there's no difficulty for him to adopt a new life in secondary school.

~ 無論題目怎樣 tricky , 都很多人取得高分, 當然低分為數亦不少.

~ 宣小過往在全港區既 BAND 1 的比率好高, 從小訓練思考全面, 對將來好處多過壞處的.

一個字扣十分並不貴啊！
我p.1的囡囡上次中文科測驗，其中一題考需填上冒號，囡囡寫了逗號，就這樣，她被扣十分，更甚的是，扣十分後，連學業優點也掉了！
一個冒號，被扣了十分和一個學業優點！唉！

唔出奇, 好似今次阿仔的一份英文文法工作紙, 全份有2頁半卷(約有幾十個答案), 阿仔只錯3個, 就只有B+, 即每個答案扣了一個sub-grade! 扣分如此嚴格, 我猜可能有兩個原因: 一是老師要求極高/嚴格; 二是全班都做得很好, 錯3個已可能只是班裡的中等程度了。mouth:" />

我相信個range都幾大，因為每題佔分都幾多。我聽囝囝講，坐佢附近的同學有人攞100，又有人攞70幾。

有同感! 好似有條p.2數學, 是要小朋友搵出不完整日曆裡的資料, 要好小心睇清楚所以細節及小心推算, 連我都做錯, 比阿仔笑我!

我小朋友正讀P.4。回想這幾年的經驗,英文測驗要熟悉句子格式,要懂運用及做past papers,多數用對話形式考,如故事般要把前後關聯起來。G.E. 是我最頭痛及最力不從心的一科。要用平常心和分數有大上大落的準備。

This time,the paper (P1 Eng) is theme-based, I think many students, including my kid, do not get used to it as they may not know that the sections are inter-related. Take my son's case as an example, in the last section, the first question asks how many stars there are in the card. My son just looked at the picture next to the question, which is a rectangle and inside it, there is a number: 20. My son mistook it as the card and thought that there was no stars and he wrote: There was no stars. As a result, 6 marks were deducted. He did not realise that he had to refer to the picture on the previous page!

I think it is difficult to find similar exercises on the market as they are tailor made. Hope they will be more careful in the exam.
