Years ago my girl had done ESF summer school. There was a observation class for the parents to attend. I found the teacher pretty strict to make sure that the kids spoke in English (unlike British Council).
I am thinking to enrol my younger son now.

If you want your child to be immersed in an English environment, that is not quite a good choice. 99% of the children who join these camps are local Chinese from local schools. But if you just want your child to have fun, it's not a bad choice. It's pretty expensive too.
