聖心幼稚園(羅便臣道)有無人會去報名呀 ???

如題.....本人是住將軍澳區,替女兒報這間幼稚園好嗎 ??? (我知地區很遠)正考慮中, 有無家長女兒而家係聖心讀緊但又不是住港島區呀 ?? 請大家比吓意見

Good observation and I agree with it totally.  We need "quality" people which can really contribute to the society.  This is what education should be.

You are welcome.  I believe it is the leaflet they distributed when you submit the application and it said they use activity based learning there.

當天INTERVIEW,入到去老師第一句問我"你個女是否獨女",我答係,但覺得好奇怪點解甘問!後來她問我個女叫咩名、去拿杯、跳吓,最後問我有咩期望.其實我覺得老師吾想IN甘

我個女都係見room　c，我又係吾覺有塊板或者有兩個老師係後邊mark分，可能我太專注同個女interview啦，我都好滿意個女既表現，只係老師叫佢扮rabbit跳，個女只係比左個好疑惑既眼神老師，我相信我女係度諗做咩要佢跳去拎文件，因為我好少叫個女咁樣做，我反而擔心自己答期望果part，因為我無答佢既宗旨，只係答自己想既答案，吾知呢d會吾會扣分！

聖心interview係我個女的第3個interview，她當天的表現也是三個interview中最好的一個。老師問乜佢都好爽快咁答晒同做埋(跳去攞杯杯)，我的期望又好短(幫小朋友開心學習，學紀律和陪養正確的道德觀)，所以好快就走得。我記得我地係room C，唔覺得有塊板，而個玩具就係老師自己比佢，好似係考完佢就即刻比佢至輪到我答"期望"問題，當然最後都有個印仔(我都覺得個印仔內容冇特別意思，只是証明已interview)…
因為第一間interview的KV已收左(亞女KV的interview都幾好)，所以我對SH的結果確係有d期望架…
當然，到底收唔收仲有好多其他原因，順其自然啦！但見到亞女的表現，我已很開心呢！

Just wanna explain a bit on the arrangement.

This is one of the reasons why SHCK accept more small kids, it is because the teachers don't know the date of birth of the children when they interview them.  So, they won't be affected by the perception that big B is better, and solely based on the performance of the children.  On the contrary, big B has less advantage unless they behave as they should, while for those who are more mature small B, will have a better chance to get a fair assessment.  The process may not be perfect yet, but at least the kindergarten is sincere to minimize the bias.

As a result, the teachers won't have the application forms in their hands like other kindergartens.

Interview is a subjective assessment, it applies to all kinds of interview, not just KG interview.....
