I just realize this is the same question you asked me two months ago!
Personally, my preference between the two is KV since it was my original target and I didn't apply for St. Clare's last year.
For two considerations that you may choose St. Clare's over HF:
(1) If you live in HK island, and probably west side;
(2) You have the priority to have your daughter studying in English teaching primary schools.

But it is hard since the first 2 weeks of November is the Golden interview week. I remember last year I would run into friends at the McDonald's at Festival Walk since many children will go there after interviews!
The KV interview was lightening fast last year, we only took 15-20 mins and be able to leave. Which one has higher priority in your mind? May be can consider calling the low priority one and see if can re-arrange interview time, so to keep the options open.
