小三數學測驗卷

各位小三家長:
你們的小孩收了數學測驗卷未 ???? 依我所知三愛班得三個合格，而三望班得六個合格，這份卷是否有問題 ????

第一 : 45分鐘 做 45條題目，包括 mc, long question, 圖形 ...... 共九頁紙

第二 : 三年級教的內容佔很少，包含的範圍擴

第三 : 題目需要時間思考，例如單位轉換、英文理解

第四 : 平日做這類題目不多，欠缺訓練小孩應付不同形式的題目

就算形式像TSA ，為何平時不加以操練，當測驗時一次過出曬，令小孩失去數學的信心呢 ??


令我懷疑老師是否有以下想法 :
第一 : 校長可能未看過份卷，用學生成績表現差，以這點向校長施壓，轉回中文數學????

第二 : 老師減少出卷的工作量，用TSA 的 PAST PAPER 來出考試及測驗卷?????

第三 : 估計現在數學成績如此差，隨著數學不斷增加內容，可想到五六年級的成績表如何考中學呢?? 別人不會看你的考試卷，只著眼分數，如何與別校競爭呢 ?? 是否想我們沒有選擇下選讀培基書院呢 ???

第四 : 就算現在放棄轉校，現在的成績表的分數真的沒有別校的那麼多 90 幾分 (其他學校在考試或測驗前，必定出一份QUIZ 比學生做，只要溫習好這份卷，要取高的分數絕對唔難。) 怎樣報讀一些中等的小學呢??

還有, 師資會唔會又是一個問題呢? 個人認為本地老師要用英語去解釋一些抽象的概念始終會有一定困難, 而native speaker真的用英語作為 thinking tool, 可流利地表達概念, 若校方真的想用英文教好數學, 應考慮師資是否能配合, 重要的是是否能流利地以英語解釋概念及幫助同學明白!!

聽聞去年情況已經係咁, 乜今年又係呀, 其實d老師去年已經知道, 若是要檢討, 不是應該去年已檢討了嗎? 為何又重蹈覆轍呢? 是否老師真的想那麼多學生不合格, 相信不是, 但為何年年都咁多人不合格呢? 建議校方按學生能力出卷, 例如:最少幾成是基礎能力的題目, 並可考慮平時應讓學生做多些類似的練習, 不要測驗時才搬出大量全新的題目(學生根據無乜做過), 玩死學生和家長......

All Parents,

   Pls be reminded that Chinese, Eng. and even Maths, when assessed, test or exam, it includes all topics you learnt.

  Pr. 3 also will test Pr. 1 and Pr. 2, even Pr. 6 will test Pr.1-6.  This is the basic.

My daughter is ok in the Science test, got more than 80.  I don't know the result of the other students.

Hi Bonme,

Unfortunately, my daughter does not tell me that they have the 2nd test...  

May I know how about the Science Test result in general?  I read the paper, I found that there are some vocabularies which they have not learnt from the text books.  Any comments sharing?

Do you know how's the overall result of the recent second test?  My daughter got 82 and she is very happy as she failed in the first test.

今天呀囡話數學有個小測，一共40條45 mins，但她很有信心，唔知成績點呢，但希望成績 ok 啦!! 始終可以取回點興趣和自信心 !!

Don't worry, I talked with the Maths teacher and they also worry the situation.  I think they will find out some solution also.

多謝你的介紹!! 其實"學林" 英數 即是 " selin " 那本，小一二時我個囡亦有做這本習作，但小一二真的應付到，分數亦算高，今次測驗的內容實在太難 !! 所以我們先至咁緊張，怕傷他們對數學的興趣和信心，亦不知如何協助 !! 真的擔心死我們一群家長 !!

你地試下買學林果本英數丫, 幾似d test paper, 不過我女2年級咋, 唔知你地3年級點!!

學校最大問題係test /exam 完先教test & exam 入面果d 野!!!! 我覺得!

不過我未入培基之前都已經有家長同我講過學校唔係樣樣教, 要你自己教...甘唯有自己教啦!

It's very difficult to find English Maths Exercise, the format of Selin and longman is similar to their daily training.  So they do not have problem in doing these exercises.  But the format of the test, especially some problem solving one is difficult for them and lack of practicing.

我也覺得奇怪，為什麼我女兒考的這麼差，還罵了她一頓。也打了電話給數學老師。

很同意你所說的"the problem may be not enough training on problem solving and time management"，希望經此測驗成績，老師能多加協助幫學生們改善英數上問題，而家長方面，暫時我都不知從何入手，市面亦很難購買一些補充類似測驗的形式，我有買 Selin 及 longman 的英數練習給她做，做習作時她絕對應付到，但一到測驗就 .... !!真無奈

They are even more concern than us as the result of TSA of P.3 will affect the school.  

As I talked to the Principal, English Maths will not change and we just need to find out method to improve the standard of the student.  So fast in my daughter's case, English is not a problem and the problem may be not enough training on problem solving and time management.
