Did your girl choose Cantonese or English for her interview ?    I heard TSL does not accept profilo , so it is only the interview performance of the kids.

I would say all band 1 student got in good schools. My girls is only ranked 3x in her year (about 10 in her class) and she is accepted by DGS.

thanks again very much for your sharing.  I am more confident about this school . My elder daughter is 5 and a half. she is a small girl. But she is a gifted children whom scored IQ145 . She studied in Think international now.

The highest is the english and maths.   She is not too out spoken though .   I am deciding which school I should put her into and keep up with her talented area.   I will go to open day and have a look !

Also i know even those not in the list of top 10 also goes to very good english schools, I know marymount and SPCS like the students from this school particularly.

AS for boys, Wah Yau and la salle and St frances also take a lot of student from this school every year.

To answer Ewong question, my girl is talented in music and she got a lot of awards from singing and public speaking and she was awarded the music scholarship last year.
Again TSL IS a good school.

May I have one more question ?  Can all the top 1-10 students get in good english secondary school ?  I am very interested in this school and thinking to give my girl to study there. She got in CKY , TSL and Kowloon Tong school.  And I want to understand more about the school

My elder girl came in about 10 in class and 30 in year, she is not exactly very good academically but she is very very good at leadership skills and music.

She was invited by DGS to apply for its Form one.

TSL i think is good because it balance English and chinese and kids are happier and more confident there.

Discipline is good too, do not see many naughty kids there.

They teach chinese in mandarin so my daughter is good at mandarin as well.

My girl is studying in k1 now ( a billigual school in kowloon tong), she speak fluent English / cantonese and mandarin.   Her english is better than her chinese both spoken and written.   I don't want to put her into international school but an english primary.  I am interested in TSL.

I heard many good things about TSL, and not as good things as well. some says the graduates cannot go to good english school. they are only good at english not others. These comments are negative.

I am so happy for you that your girl is very smart and got in DGS and waiting result for spcc.   Please share with me how do you think about the disciplines of students in TSL and does your girl comes 1st in her p6 grade and have attained some awards of activities.
