一年級上學期考試

我個仔讀P1A (am)老師告訴我他中文卷一得59分，中間有幾頁沒有做 但老師沒派卷，我點知他不識做,還是時間不夠,所以做唔切?請問老師會不會派卷,何時才有成績表派?

Don't felt upset, my son is P1B.  He also got lower mark on Chinese compared to the other subjects.  After the parent day on May 03, we talked to the teacher, she also pointed out that student usually lose mark on comprehension.  That's why the school is very encourage students read many books in order to know more words and the meaning of each story.


As my son, he know he was weak in comprehension, so I will buy his some exercise for practise.  

What I know that some schools also not return the exam paper not just St. Peter's.  If you have any query on student learning problem, just call the teacher for more in details.  My comment that they are willing to share.

Don't give up ah!

Above statement is absoultely wrong. The teachers
will show the score to the students but in a second before
go over the answers ( by projector). You can write to the class teacher/ subject teachers if you want to read the
papers for more understanding on the performance of yr kid. The teachers are nice and normally i would leave the message to them over phone and they are so supportive
to me because they have called me at home even after 9:30pm and we chart for approx 30-45 mins.

Yes, i can say there is no big difference on test and
exam papers, I mean the quality and quatity. I also surprised to learn from my son that they have 9-11 pages on English subject and 7-8 pages on Chinese subject  (P1)
and my son is adaptive on that, so far.

I think the key point really depends on whether yr kids have reading habit or not. It is very important and especially
the case when they do the Chinese re-sentences and comprehension. Most of them have no problem on "fill in the blank" if you have studied and memorised well on the
textbook. Those who can achieve higher score are those
monitor good on unseen Q&A other than timing. Of course, it is too early to train timing. They can do it well as long as they understand the question with good answering
skill.

Any improvement on the 2nd term test ?
