My son is accepted by ESF (Quarry Bay School) year 1. Is it good as compared to other ESF schools? Do you worry your child could not learn good Chinese?

Dear all parent,
Can you pls share what is the annual fee for studying in ESF Year 1?  
My daughter will be sent to New Zealand for studying Kindergarten over there.  We will take her back to Hong Kong once she aged 5.
Do you know what is the month for the enrolment in ESF for Year 1?

My kid is already studying in the temporary campus of DC, but due to the uncertainty of school bus next year, we may also need to change school - some other parents in TW area also have the same concern.

Thanks for your reply.  Actually DC is a very good school, but its location is really headache for those not living at Discovery Bay or Tung Chung.  Anyway, BHS is also a good school, congratulations!

Can you tell me are your kids now studing in ESF kindergarten?

I am planning to apply ESF primary in this September for my son, however; he is not studying in a ESF Kindergarten.  We are not in high priority ranking.  
Now I am seeking for advice to apply which ESF Primary School and we can move to its catchment area.
My favourite is Kennedy School vs Quarry Bay vs Shatin Junior.

The competition for these schools are keen or not?

I am living in TC so it's close to the school if go to DC. I think you can take the E?? bus to TC. For my case, I prefer KJS since standard ESF provide different diploma pathways that cover most universities around the world. (e.g. they have both IBD and A level). Also KJS and KGV has a very good academic historical records so I have more confident on their education system. On the other hand, DC really provide a good facilities, MYP and closer to me. Therefore, I am still struggling on select which one. But we have plan to make the decision tonite.

My daughter also got acceptance from BHS and DC.  I like DC more than BHS, because DC has best facilities.  I'm worry about the school bus.  I'm afraid they can't provide the school bus near my address because we lived in Tsuen Wan.  They said if they can't provide the school bus service near my address, the students need get on the school bus at the pick-up point - Tung Chung MTR. We don't have planning to move in Discovery Bay.  Will you decide to move in Discovery Bay?

my son has been accepted by Discovery college, KJS and RC. I am struggled to select one in between. I think DC can provide better english but the school is new and worry about they are focus on establish the school rather than education at this stage. KJS  will go to KGV which have good reputation on acedmaic result but Year7-Year11 is not IB. Can anyone share some opinions and advise to me. I need to decide soon. Thank you Thank you very much.

My son attended the interview in JIS on 31 Jan and haven't received any result.  JIS said they will release the result next Fri or in the week of 18 Feb.  How come you can get the result so soon?  Did u ask Mr. Walton directly?  Give me some tips, please.....  I'm so anxious!  I'm waiting for the result of JIS and ICS, the coming week is a BIG week for me
