發展遲緩, 點樣可以幫到佢?

BB滿16個月大，未會行, 還未懂得聽指示做動作 e.g. byebye、say Papa, Mama, ball等全部不會, 只系尖叫，我已經每天也教，I call his name 有時完全不理會。他懂發音但不是真的叫人，不會依從口頭指令, 不會拿食物放入口, or hold his cup/ milk bottle 。

母嬰健康院 just say wait until he's two yr-old. But I can't wait anymore cos I'm really worry.....

發展遲緩, 點樣可以幫到佢?

autistic kids, just as normal kids, have different characters and interests, so you can't judge if a kid is autistic just based on his character. If you're in doubt, I highly suggest you to find a qua ...

Recently, I know Caritas Tuen Mun Child Care Centre has conduct music therapy in November. The trainer is 李可徵. You can contact 主任 at 24609909. Some centre at Hong Kong side has also have the same group. You can ask at 28434675

U may pay $$ for assessment by some organisations such as 協康會 or 邁步 (Govt child assessment cetre also suggests parents to get help from these org.).

My son points and shows his interests, but not all the time. For example, he grabs his cup when he wants to drink, if he doesn't get it, he makes some whinning sound. Whenwe are out, he walks to the direction he wants to go, if I am not going, he will sit on the floor quietly.

As I know, not sure is it true, autistic children tend to had bad tamper and very active, but my son is very clam all the time and active but not very aggressive.

EETC即是早期教育及訓練中心
i位即是兼收位，附在普通幼兒園
s位是特殊幼兒中心，給情況較嚴重的幼兒

我覺得如果參加一些專業治療的小組，可能相對價錢無甘貴，而我個人及仔仔因為很喜歡音樂，亦試過去音樂治療，覺得很有幫助， ...

我仔仔又有類似情况，但仲未知是否自己多心。他將近18月大，但好多同齡小朋友識嘅佢都好似唔係好識，eg. stack cup bye bye，只識拍手。上星期五剛剛学識自己食餅仔和麵飽，之前我教咗好耐都唔得，主要是我唔夠狠心，餓一餓佢就即刻識。他15月大才會行，但自此後便越來越覺不對徑。說話一句都唔識講，not even mama, baba，只有BB話。指示覺得佢聽得明，但選擇性去聽，在家聽20%，外出0%簡直啋你都儍。叫他名字，如我叫在家也有30%時間應，在外或別人叫大多唔應。只對自己喜欢的車仔、波感興趣，很專注。其實他與我有很多溝通，會主動撩我玩，我唔啋佢又会投訴，但很少有眼神接觸。对其他人唔係好啋，但就唔怕人，任何人抱都冇問題。脾氣非常好，未曾發脾氣或尖叫。可自己在床仔玩1 hour，都唔叫。

上星期同医生講，佢話都覺佢有自閉傾向，eg.唔應人, no eye contact, play spinning toy等，叫我去做評估，但又話太細好难確定。

想問吓你哋覺得我仔仔點？和唔想等，俾錢邊度有得做評估？

請幫幫我，起初只是覺得是他的性格唔同人，同医生討論下，但點知得到呢個答案，真係好失落好worry。

I went to the doctor yesterday and being refered to do the test at SandyBay. The Paedi dotor is very good and patient and listen to what I said about my son. He then testing his reaction towards sounds, movement and interactions.

Though he can't be sure that my son is "delay" or 自閉 but he suggests to do a test in order to get to know the situation better and get advice from specialist. Then he fax the refer letter for me as well!! (probably have to wait for few months)

If any mummy has been to the test and having any training which I can do at home, please let me know so that I can do something while waiting.

我覺得如果參加一些專業治療的小組，可能相對價錢無甘貴，而我個人及仔仔因為很喜歡音樂，亦試過去音樂治療，覺得很有幫助，孩子可以開開心心學習，唱歌又可以刺激言語，約$200一堂，值得推介，尤其對自閉兒。

16mths有21lbs都唔係好差喇...我個仔就黎2歲都仲未有20lbs呀！！所以講到唔喜歡食野，我之前面對既仲頭痛過你....要比d心思喇...你睇我依家可以攪到我個仔幾為食！！
不過佢食正餐都要成個鐘架，工人不停咁又氹又鬧咁囉...

你睇完醫生再上黎講下喇！

我係自己湊, the thing is he doesn't like eating or drinking milk, every meal with him is a battle...(he only weight 21 lbs, now he's 16mths-old). So eating will not 刺激佢拎野食. ...

你可以同醫生講你嘅憂慮，要求寫轉介信去評估中心，醫生會知你果區評估中心o係邊。有信就可以打電話去約時間，第一次會先見姑娘，新症收$100 以後覆診$60。有需要會再約醫生評估，睇政府就平d同可以有跟進服務，不過就好多時要等。
