I received the second interview letter (dated Oct 23) today and it was stamped on Oct 28.

I personally believe the principal determines the girl is good, then she's good, this is the most essential, but it doesn't have to be good at interview performance.  Don't forget, for some years, there was only 1 interview with principal, Mrs Dai has the sole discretion.  Even for this year, the game changed, but then now Mrs Dai is still choosing quite alot of girls for her personal assessment.  So the most essential thing is still principal's personal judgement.  I wish to hear that good performers will have higher chance, but yet I don't believe this is it.

因為上網看到有人收到信但唔係 2nd interview, 所以我開信時心情是一半期待一半擔心，結果是失望…其實直接D話唔收仲好，你都唔offer 2nd interview, 點解要人等！
