Hi all BK mums

My son will be at P1 in an IS from September 2007. The principal of the school says I need to get him ready to study in an all English environment as his English is not as strong as his Chinese. She suggests him to have some weekend English classes and summer camp. I know ESF is running this type of class, is this OK or any other recommendation?

Hello leegbd.

I am not sure wether ESF is good or not...

Nevertheless, my son learns phonics at UK Education.

They have various English courses for kids, e.g. phonics (3 different levels), reading, writing & grammar strengthening etc.

I strongly recommend one of the teachers – Ms Chan. She is excellent and patient! She works very well with the children.
