ask for application form in Oct 2006
or submit the form?
How could I get the form? Do they have a day of releasing the form to parents, or we have to send letter and ask for the form?

According to this yr,sent letter to SC and K to get the application form.

06年約10月份,send埋回郵信封,$30報名費及photo 2張,出世紙copy去取form,學校收到信後,會回信通知你interview時間架啦..

仲有一年時間,唔使緊張..

你可以係10/2006 打電話去SC/根德園佢會話比你知點樣攞FORM...你可以郵寄或親身取或交FORM...
