兩個choices嘅入學要求都達到，有冇人試過 (有冇辦法)，DSE放榜後, 放棄firm choice, 入insurance choice ?

而家學校同意應該仲可以改. 唔好等放榜後, 會好麻煩, 又無保證.

依家係可以打去UCAS改。不過我有某些原因，依家唔方便改。 所以好想知，DSE 放榜之後，仲有冇計？

應該都可以，畢竟人地都係有出 offer 並且你接受左。或者同 Firm 大學講「因為經濟和私人原因，所以不能入讀，要去 Insurance」，然後再同 Insurance 大學講返類似說話，咁佢地兩間大學就應該會通知 UCAS 轉入 Insurance。

6月30後firm and insurance choices不能改. DSE放榜後, 只可問insurance choice可否經clearing收．

話冇錢，都可以試下既。不過，朋友話英國人好重程序法規，都有Ｄ危，唉 ...

如果係，就真係冇計。大學講明，唔參與Clearing, 唔比Adjustment.

如果firm  & insurance choice 放榜後都meet 到，到時你可選insurance 放棄firm。兩間學校都通知獲取録，你accept 邊間都得。

From UCAS,
This is where the Insurance Acceptance comes in.
  • If you want to, you can just have a Firm acceptance and decline the rest. However, most applicants with more than one offer choose an Insurance Acceptance as well.
  • If you are accepted by your Firm choice then the Insurance choice becomes irrelevant.
  • However, if your Firm choice turns you down because you don't meet their conditions, you might still be accepted by your Insurance choice, so you do get a second chance before heading for Clearing.

Sorry 應該是2016年入U。心儀A 大學放 firm，B大學放insurance。A大學排名較後，offer 要求高分數一些，B大學排名前很多，offer 分數卻低於A。在英國時，仔已參觀A兩次，所以放A在firm。暑假回港放榜前，A B 都有opening day及邀請我出席。
放榜後，A B 都meet 到requirement，A B都出email 比我accept offer。由於B排名高些，所以有點爭扎，問了A，當時留了收生聯絡人電話，學校覆是可以放棄firm，他們等我兩天時間。B亦多次通知我可以放棄firm 選insurance。
最後雖然決定accept A，B亦多次聯絡我，所以我知有得選擇。

應該係B(insurance)大學主動比offer ，而A(firm)大學同意係無問題．如firm大學唔同意，唔release個位，insurance大學唔可以收．
有朋友個仔，clearing有大學收，但firm大學拖住唔release個位，最後都係讀firm大學。

I think you know very well what the official answer to your situation.
"Once you met the Firm choice offer, they will AUTOMATICALLY accept you. The Insurance choice CANNOT accept you until you (1) give up the Firm choice + (2) they officially release you + (3) the insurance choice still willing to accept you"
Therefore, there is NO absolute answer Yes/No to your question. There is a chance with risk. The risk is depending on how popular of your Insurance choice is.
