I think the interview process is quite smooth. Took last year as an example, the kids were taken to a waiting room (with toy) before interview. And the interview is one on one. it's mainly surounding questions on the name of fruits, vegetable, your name, age, who brings u here. then will be question for parents like how you treat the conflicts between children in school and why you want to pick our school. no exercise needed for the kid. easy and simple. However as kids performance is very hard to predict - they may know how to answer but they keep their mouth shut. one thing is more impt is you must be polite and calm e.g. say good morning, good bye and tks.
last yr i overheard there're around 1.6k applicants and there're 120 seats for K1. hope i answer your question. good luck!
