You have to contact the kindergartens which you wish your kid to apply and ask the date for applying.Also, ask about the open day of the kindergartens so that you can pay a visit and understand more.

You should call the kindergartens that you prefer your kids to study in early September and ask about the dates for collection/submission of application forms (some can be downloaded from the school websites). Also, you have to train your kids for interviews bit by bit every day.
