Try Pekip (http://pekip.com.hk/about.html), which offer classes to babies from 6 weeks. Anne is the instructor and she's really very patient. I also bought her book (can be ordered from Pekip website).
This seems not very popular among HK mummies but very popular among Caucasians. When my baby joined she was the only Asian in the class. I think one reason is Asian parents tend to be overly protective, and dare not try those movements on babies. They may cry at first but if the baby is younger like yours probably it is easier for them to get used to it.
You may want to agree with Anne to get the refund if the baby keeps crying after several classes.
