Except for Hong Kong and China, any other cities offer Cambridge Starters examination? Does Macau has?

If a kid is aged below 5 and not studying in Yxxx Kinder, any method the kid can take the YLE exam for P1 schools application?

They offer the kids to go to Shenzhen to take Cambridge Exam, is that true?
