Surely native speaker is a must, otherwise I can teach myself la. The playgroup teacher of my son is a native speaker from UK (but he is in fact a Chinese born in UK). hahaa, wanna my son has UK accent.
You are rite, not many foreigner can teach (they only speak native but not experienced teacher). Really, need to select carefully.
The playgroup center is quite good. Before I decided to join, I visited other classes. There are some kids that attends this center for 1 or 2 years, they are very smart and able to communicate in English. Thats the reason I decided to join.

enrolled already!!!! class is ok, compare with most of the playgroup in kowloon tong. Their english teacher is a chinese, but i 'm sure she is a native, (i can hear and compare).
