Agree - I think all parents concern their children's health very much but most of us just struggle with the balance of work and life especially time with our children in reality.
I would choose to let them sleep earlier and spend more time with them in the very early morning... naturally as my kids are "human clock alarm". They wake me up before the sun rises.
