其實一直都很多人話好, 但係個個都係初哥, 我曾公開問過【有無小朋友能夠全套話程完成】, 又無人回應, 我自已成套係到, 只係用咗 Playalong 及 Singalong, 暫時都ok, 小朋友都鐘意, 到底主課程有無人能完成呢 ? 因為小朋友返學後有其他教材。

請指教。

I've used DEW for since Jun 04 when my son was only 8months old, at the beginning, I only played "

layalong" & "Singalong", after using one week, he began to wave his hands to the others. After two months, I've begun to use the progamme. It is interested that I found he like the yellow progamme very much, whenever I played the song "Who took the peanuts", he shakes his head, very funny.

Really really thanks for your information and the doclink your referred !!! It's so important to me.

I checked the messages inside this doclink and found many different comments on DWE.  However quite a lot of ppl commented that DWE would only be suitable for babies under 4 yrs old.  Over 4 yrs old kids would have a lot of other choices available for them so no need to buy such an expensive learning system.

After reading these messages, I decided to CANCEL my order just placed.  It's because my baby is already over 3 yrs and we already bought many many learning resources eg books, Videos, etc.  It seems that I will throw my money into the sea if I buy DWE at this stage.

Luckily the sales at DWE is very nice and cooperative and follow-up to cancel my order without any conditions (except asking me the reason for it).

Thanks again for your information which arrived on time and helped me to make a timely decision.

我都覺得這套教材比較適合年齡較細的小朋友,如bb至2,3歲.如果3-4歲才開始,可以有其他選擇.

我自己都係用家, 當然唔係話完全無用, 但係真係要好多時間, 而且我唔覺得值咁多錢lor, 好似而家有好多選擇, 唔需要去用一套咁舊ge教材. 而家我BB都唔係好玩, 你話真係較果好好咩又唔係lor, 所以我都買左其他教材比佢用, 較果OK, 又平d!!

I agree with other moms. It is good but it does not worth that much at all. I suppose the alternative is to buy the main program from Singapore version and then extract the songs from the main program for baby less than 1 yrs old (it then becomes the Singalong). Then show the main program to babies when they are 1.5 to 2 yrs old. Forget about the playalong as there are only 3 discs anyway. It is also not worth to pay so much just because you are missing the playalong.

They used to sell it in Popular book store in Singapore but I am not sure now.

As far as I know, Singapore does not have the right to distribute the DWE now. In other words, Singapore version of DWE no longer available now.
