why do you want to say so? is there any difference if taken care by grandma? i would suggest telling the truth, otherwise, means you are teaching your baby to tell lies..

Agreed. Besides, somehow the school might find out from the child that he/she is taken care of by the domestic helper. There's no point lying. Better tell the truth than teaching your child to lie about it. How can the helper get the respect if your lie about it?
