there's a WPPSI-III (Wechsler Pre-school and Primary Scale of Intelligence Third Edition) Test for those from 2 yrs 6 mos old to 7 yrs 3 mos old. the highest possible score for that test is 130+ (considered as genius). u might wanna check if there's such a version of test available in HK. the test is usually given by a Psychology PhD.
for the school that my son applied for kindergarten, they require those who're 4 to 6 yrs old (approx) to take that IQ test.
