I think Mr. Lee should take the responsibility for the withdrawal of 學券制, not the private kinder. I can't see any problems if the private kinder. as well as the parents and teacher of the private kinder. can get the benefits. It is absolutely wrong to make 學券制 as a tool to force to private kinder. to become a non-profit kinder.
The judgement of the Kinder. (good or bad) is by the parents, not by Mr. Lee. The fact is that many parents like to choose the private kinder., the reasons may not be their brand name or the academic level, but their teaching methods, no. of English & Putunghau native teachers, class size, environment, admission to which primary schools etc.
Mr. Lee should try to know what the parents' actual need, not just think of his own plan and mislead the public that private kinder = only profit making kinder.
In my view, if the kinder. is good for the kids, I don't mind it get more profits, they no need to feel guilty, I don't care how they use the money if they meet my requirement, alternatively, if the kinder is not good, nobody would like to join even it is free of charge. |
