I only let my girl who is 21 months old watch no longer than 1/2 hr (usually 20 mins only) visual entertainment (e.g. Barney VCD, bumblebee etc. For TV show, I only let her watch news with us) each day. Sometimes, I would let her watch another section within the same day, but I never let her to do such for 1 hr continously because this is no good in a way that this will only allow them to discommunicate with others.
In the US, it's even suggested that no TV at all for kids under 2 yrs old. |
