So far don't really know what is 副學士, this sounds like a second tier degree, but in fact is not a real degree, just a "so-called degree" so that the govt can declare that 66% of students have already got "degree" qualification. However, how is such 副學士 recognized by the employers or the overseas Universities? Similar to F.7 or technical college graduates?
